How do I cancel my QuietCam PRO subscription?
On iPhone, cancel in Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → QuietCam PRO. On Android, cancel in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. You retain PRO until the end of the current billing period.
Does QuietCam track analytics or collect usage data?
No. QuietCam does not track analytics, collect usage data, or include any third-party tracking or advertising SDKs. The app operates entirely on your device with no data sent to external servers.
Can I use the front camera with QuietCam?

Is QuietCam a spy camera app?
No. QuietCam is a minimal, privacy-first black screen camera built for distraction-free, battery-efficient recording — not covert surveillance. Apple's on-screen camera indicator stays visible whenever the camera is active, so recording is never truly hidden.
Will people know I'm recording with QuietCam?
QuietCam hides its own on-screen interface, but iOS always shows a green (camera) or orange (microphone) indicator in the status bar or Dynamic Island while recording. That indicator cannot be removed by any app, so recording is not invisible.
Can I access QuietCam recordings in the Files app?
QuietCam saves recordings to its private in-app gallery by default. You can export or share any file through the iOS share sheet — including saving to the Files app or your Photos library — whenever you choose.
Is QuietCam available on Android?

Are timestamps available on Android?
No. Timestamp overlays are available on QuietCam for iPhone only. The Android app does not burn date and time into photos or videos.
