Does QuietCam track analytics or collect usage data?

QuietCam was built with a strict no-tracking policy. The app does not integrate any analytics frameworks — no Firebase Analytics, no Mixpanel, no Amplitude, and no equivalent tools that monitor how you use the app. QuietCam's developer does not receive data about which features you use, how long you record, how often you open the gallery, or any other behavioral metrics.

There are also no advertising SDKs in QuietCam. You will never see banner ads, interstitial ads, or rewarded video ads within the app. Monetization comes exclusively from the optional PRO subscription, which is processed by Apple through the App Store. QuietCam has no financial incentive to collect user data or sell attention to advertisers.

The absence of analytics extends to crash reporting and diagnostic tools as well. QuietCam does not silently upload crash logs or device diagnostics to external servers. If the app encounters an issue, you can report it directly to support@quietcam.app, but no automatic telemetry is transmitted in the background.

The only data exchange that occurs outside your device is related to Apple's infrastructure: downloading the app, checking for updates, and processing PRO subscription payments. These interactions are between your iPhone and Apple's servers, governed by Apple's privacy policies. QuietCam does not receive or store your Apple ID, payment details, or purchase history.
