Are timestamps available on Android?
No. Timestamp overlays are available on QuietCam for iPhone only. The Android app does not burn date and time into photos or videos.
On iOS, QuietCam can optionally overlay the date and time on photos and videos for documentation and organization. You can also hide the timestamp (and recording indicator) when you want a fully black screen while recording.
That timestamp feature is not available on the Android version of QuietCam. Android users still get black screen recording, private gallery storage, mode switching, and PRO video/audio/burst features — without an in-app timestamp overlay.
If timestamps are essential to your workflow, use QuietCam on iPhone and enable the overlay in settings. If you primarily need discreet screen-off capture on Android, QuietCam on Google Play still covers the core use cases without that option.
