Terms of Service

Agreement

By downloading and using QuietCam(“Black Screen Camera QuietCam”), you agree to these terms and Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). For the complete legal terms, see the official terms of service.

License

QuietCam is licensed, not sold. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on your iPhone in accordance with Apple's App Store terms. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or modify the app.

Acceptable Use

QuietCam is designed for legitimate recording purposes including personal notes, lectures, meetings, content creation, and documentation. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding audio and video recording.

You must obtain required consent before recording others in jurisdictions that require it. Do not use QuietCam for illegal surveillance, harassment, or any purpose that violates the rights of others.

Subscriptions

QuietCam PRO is available as a weekly, monthly, or yearly auto-renewing subscription through the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage subscriptions in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Free Trial

A free trial may be offered for QuietCam PRO. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan. Trial eligibility is determined by Apple.

Disclaimer

QuietCam is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. The developer is not liable for any damages arising from use of the app, including but not limited to data loss, recording failures, or legal consequences of recording in restricted environments.
